This charming home has views of the sea and Formentera in the distance, towards the south. The northern cliffs over Cala Sardina, are directly behind the property, at a distance of about 500 m, through a path in the woods. On the lower part of the garden there is a large SWIMMING POOL, with pergola for shade, a Jacuzzi, solarium terrace, an exterior kitchen / dining area and a bar for outdoor entertaining.

The House

The Country House has a total living space of around 1.000SQM. Charming renovated country retreat, furnished with lots of love and care. This is a comfortable home for whole year round use with all perfectly working infrastructure. Description : The common areas include a frontal cobbled patio, an entrance /sala, with glass doors, a stylish reading room and a living – dining room, with an original farmhouse fireplace for the occasional winter night. In the main house there are 6 double complete suites + the West wing w. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 lounges. One separate complete guest house and 4 further rooms also available outside the main body of the house with access from the lower terraced land. In total, there are 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
