The residence is set in an extensive mature garden with nice pool area and is well orientated. Distributed over two levels, it comprises of a large living dining room, a separate equipped kitchen and a lovely porch area. On this level the master bedrooms, two guest rooms and bathroom are also to be found. There is another guest bedroom with ensuite bathrooms situated on the lower level of the house.
