Finca in Santa Eugenia with three independent buildings: The main house was built in 1998 very well decorated. A tower offers great panoramic views over the island. The house is divided into two floors: a big and bright living room with direct access to the gardens and pool; bedroom with en suite bathroom and a completely equipped kitchen. The second house, with kitchen, bath and separate bedroom could be used as a guest house as well as the third small house. Extras: Central heating (diesel), cultivated garden, swimming-pool, own vineyards with annual production of approx. 1,000 bottles. The furniture is included in the price.
