Son Vida is actually a suburb of Palma, but one that offers complete exclusivity.  Developed in the 1960s, it is widely considered to be one of the best addresses in the region around Palma therefore the prices of property for sale in Son Vida reflect this.

Some of Mallorca’s best golf courses and top hotels are situated in Son Vida.  Looking around, you can see multi-million pound mansions and villas – Mallorca’s playground of the rich and famous – the “Hollywood Hills” of the Balearics, although perhaps, without the excessive showiness of its American counterpart.
